Professional Experience

Prior to joining Unitalen, Dr. Li has been working in the IP department of a high-tech Group as an in-house patent attorney responsible for various patent-related affairs involving telecommunication technology, display technology, computer technology, and semiconductor technology. After joining Unitalen, Dr. Li has accumulated a lot of experience in handling Intellectual Property legal matters.

In recent years, Dr. Li has gained remarkable reputation for his work of helping many leading enterprises enhance their market competitiveness with professional Intellectual Property services. Furthermore, with the development of innovation in China, Dr. Li provided consulting services for many industry associations, enterprises and government departments, including offering patent analysis and consultation reports which give essential references to the relevant decisions.

With his rich practical experiences and academic accumulations, Dr. Li has published 7 monographs, compilations and translations, and a lot of articles in many professional journals like Intellectual Property, Studies in Science of Science, Journal of Information, Electronic Intellectual Property, Chinese Trademark, etc. Dr. Li also gets involved in establishing legal practice courses in various industry trainings and universities, devoting himself to promote public awareness and operation skills of intellectual property.
